WildMine Discord Bot

The WildMine community needs orderly support on Discord: requests must not get lost in chat, and roles and announcements should run without manual work.

At its core is a ticket system with six categories: whoever needs help picks a category and game mode, describes the issue in a form and gets a private channel visible only to them and the team. An AI integration writes the first reply, then the team takes over via claim. Closing a ticket produces an HTML transcript automatically.

On top: join-to-create voice channels, info panels, self-assignable ping roles, changelogs, giveaways, a mod log and bump reminders. Categories, panels and texts live in a configuration file and can be changed without touching the code.
